How this is measured
- Sentinel-2 passes over the farm about every two days at 10:45 UTC; only cloud-free passes with a clear view of the nacelles are used.
- Its sensor records blue, near-infrared, green and red up to one second apart. A turning rotor lands on different pixels in each band; a stopped one does not.
- Wind at 100 m comes from the ERA5 reanalysis at the time of each pass. Looks with wind below cut-in or above cut-out say nothing about availability and are left out.
- One look per turbine every few days is a sample, not a log. Monthly figures in winter rest on few passes; the ranges shown say how much.
- A stopped rotor in good wind means unavailable for any reason: fault, maintenance, curtailment or grid. Imagery alone cannot tell those apart.
